Miracle Kid raises $800 with Birthday Fundraiser
2014 Miracle Kid, Jayden Gentzyel, of Hughesville wanted to give back to the kids at Geisinger Janet Weis Children’s Hospital by asking for donations instead of gifts for his 11th birthday. Thanks to the generosity of family and friends on his virtual fundraiser, Jayden raised $800.
His mom, Desiree, says, “We love to help and support Children’s Miracle Network at Geisinger. Without them, Jayden wouldn’t have had most of what helped him live, even the cardiac cath lab that he had to use when he was just six months old was made possible because of donations to CMN.”
