Gearbox Union hold public event during Extra Life game day
Welcome to the Extra Life Game Day 2018! Gearbox Union members will be streaming 24+ hours of gaming goodness starting at 12a.m. Nov 3 with prize giveaways every hour to raise money for Children’s Miracle Network at Geisinger. All the madness will be broadcasted from the Altoona Grand Hotel to our Twitch channel and Facebook Page! The team will be fueled with caffeine thanks to coffee provided by the Greenbean Coffee House!
Those who would like to join in the fun are invited to visit the team between the hours of 10 a.m. and 10 p.m.! They will have video/tabletop gaming, VR stations, prizes, and much more! They are only asking for a $5 donation per person or $10 donation per family to particpate.
Two tournaments are scheduled for the afternoon.
Mario Kart 8 Tournament: 2PM
Winner will receive Retrocon HD and copy of Mario Bros/Duck Hunt!
Mario Tennis Aces Tournament: 6PM
Winner will receive a $50 gift card for Cartridges Galore!
