Celebrating a “Sweet” Year of Fundraising!

For the past 38 years, Dairy Queen franchisees have raised and donated more than $160 million to children’s hospitals across the US and Canada.  We took some time this week to visit our 2022, top fundraising DQ location!

The Dairy Queen in Kingston PA has once again been named the top fundraising location for Geisinger Janet Weis Children’s Hospital! Raising $11,676, they nearly doubled what was raised in 2021! From Free Cone Day, Miracle Treat Day, and every fundraiser in between, this location does it all.

Because of dedicated partners like Dairy Queen, Geisinger is able to ensure that children across Pennsylvania receive the best possible care. Funds raised provide the most up-to-date equipment and services to pediatric hospitals and clinics throughout the Geisinger Health System.
